Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Centre invites Latvian and foreign artists to apply for Internationa Sculpture, Painting, Ceramics, Graphics, and Textile Symposiums. Deadline for applications for 2nd International Sculpture Symposium is March 7, 2017. Deadline for other Symposiums – March 31, 2017.
