March is being rich with the prestigious awards!
Newspaper “Diena” (The Day) presented their Award of the Year in Culture for the most amazing and qualitative culture fact of 2013 to Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Centre, the award was given by the supporters of the event – Latvian Railway.
Among the laureates of “A Kilogram of Culture 2013” there was also the Rothko Centre. Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Centre was awarded with the special prize of LTV cultural editorial board for the opening of the Centre.
We are grateful to the collectives of LTV, “100 Grams of Culture” and “Culture Day” for fruitful and creative collaboration in 2013!
