The art project “Concrete Delusion” devotes itself to the question how to deal with the material concrete in the form of industrial and architectural fragments and leftovers in European and Postal-Soviet countries. Based on artistic theses and through investigation of the public space new draughts are developed to the transformation and inclusion of these concrete elements in the perception by „sculptures in the public space“. Valency and transformation possibilities of the concrete fragments are made visible by artistic interventions and a new consciousness is created to sustainable aesthetics.
