How we sailed to learn entrepreneurship

This exhibition exposes the experiences, impressions, emotions and lessons learnt during international training SAIL4entrepreneurSHIP that took place from 15 – 27 August in the Baltic Sea and its coast harbours.

It was an unique opportunity for 20 Baltic youth workers and leaders to practice sailing as a method in youth work and non-formal education developing the entrepreneurship competence.

During the sailing expedition the participants discovered the entrepreneurship opportunities and its culture in the Baltic Sea coast region and learnt the non-formal and experiential education methods that can be used working with young people to develop their entrepreneurship competence both in the sea and ashore.

SAIL4entrepreneurSHIP has been an important step to strengthen the collaboration between the youth workers and sailing community in the Baltic States. It is only the beginning of sailing youth workers movement.
