Arts Teachers’ Union in collaboration with Daugavpils University Department of Arts and Design, as well as Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Center are inviting scientists, artists, educators and students to participate in annual international conference ‘’PERSON. COLOR. NATURE. MUSIC. Rothko and Abstract Expressionism.”, which is taking place in DMRAC in between May 8 – 12. Applications should be sent until March 15.
