CERAMIC LABORATORY [CLOSING]

The final exhibition of the 4th International Ceramic Art Symposium CERAMIC LABORATORY and the 3rd Festival of Experimental Firing Techniques will be opened at Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Centre on Friday, August 19, at 4 p.m.

The first week of the 4th International Ceramic Art Symposium CERAMIC LABORATORY has ended. During this week 12 artists from 8 countries drawing inspiration in various textures of Daugavpils fortress architecture created outstanding artworks in ceramics media, that will be fired during next symposium week and will be displayed at the symposium closing exhibition.

The 3rd International Festival of Firing Techniques will take place from August 15-19, as part of the Symposium program. Lectures, workshops and firing demonstrations will be offered to visitors within the Festival program.
