On Friday, Latvian Association of Builders has declared the laureates of annual competition “The Best building of the year in Latvia – 2012”. The first place in nomination “Restoration”, between 30 participants, was granted to the Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Center with the project “Restoration of a building of an artillery arsenal”, located in Daugavpils, Michaela Street 3.
