Question exhibition season opening at Rothko Center
This year’s first exhibition season at Rothko Center will be launched with seven new exhibitions.
Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Centre’s first exhibition season runs under the theme of questions. It raises a number of pertinent concerns, which the artists explore and answer in their projects. And yet, the artwork also leaves some of these questions tantalizingly unanswered, inviting the audience to step in and join the reflection of contemporary artistic processes and the issues that they address.
